Makeup pressy advice for 17 year old

Hi everyone, I need to buy a reasonably priced pressy for a 17 year old daughter of a neighbour. Just a little token gift really. She wears stuff like eye liner so can anyone tell me a suitable gift or brand to look at. She's a bit gothy by the way. I haven't a clue what 17 year old gals wear these days. I don't want to get something that she thinks may be old fashioned. Thanks v much. I'm also listing this in shopping for your info.

Just get her a Boots Voucher. I am 62 and wear purple eyeshadow and black eye liner and mascara (throw back to Dusty Springfield) my best friend would`nt know what to buy me. Hope this helps.

As the mum of an 18 yr old, plus two god-daughters of 15 and 16, I don't think you can go wrong with anything Dior, Chanel or YSL.

Yes they are a bit more expensive, but the product is superior and the assistants are always willing to gift wrap.

They all do a fab black nail varnish and really good eye liners - a goth's delight! You don't have to spend loads, but I'm sure the girl will love it.
