i had a tooth removed 3day ago and it was at back of mouth it was very black and rotted he had diffficulty removing it as it was in peices and i was pregnant so he didnt exray me now my mouth is still in alot of pain like a toothache does this mean ive an infection wat can i take for pain relief as im 7months pregnant and paractamol arent doing very much for the pain

Is your dentist surgery open today? If they are ring and ask for advice otherwise what CARABINT suggests is good advice. If still niggling you on Monday, would ring surgery for check overto see if any infection present. Maybe course of anti-biotics will be prescibed if severe enough, Should clear in a few days. Good Luck
Sounds like dry socket very painful
Make sure there's nothing left in the gum. I had a back tooth removed which shattered when it was being pulled and was in agony for days. I finally got up the courage to have a poke about and there were bits of broken tooth in the hole. After giving it a good wash out with salt water it calmed down and healed fine.
