Finding someone to talk to in a new area is not easy so try these links.
http://www.childhelpusa.org/programs_hotline.htm
has a free helpline number.
http://www.childhelpusa.org/arizona/ Has links specifically for Arizona
They both deal with child abuse and would be able to give you help and advice for your state. As kaz35 has said is there anyone you trust that you can talk to or stay with even short term?
Please try the sites above as I am sure they can give you the help and support you need.
Good luck :-)
I passed on your posting to a child abuse website. According to Tom Hanna, Director of the Child Abuse Prevention Network
"This information varies from state to state in the USA, but
1. by and large, any child 16+ can earn "emancipated minor" status
2. the information is readily available by going to the local
Department of Social Services (or Family and Childrens Services, the
names vary as well.)"
