inflamed nostril

I have had an inflamed nostril that scabs over and bleeds easily,went to see the ent and he gave me naseptin nasal cream.worked for a couple of days then started sneezing and runny eyes.it did contain peanut oil,but i am not allergic to peanuts.anyone else had this happen??
