Dear mrs Bobbisox , we have a zero tolerance policy with naughty children.
Tell them to bu55er off and behave or you will clip them round the ear-hole.

Gordon, know your own policies. If we clip them round the ear the little toads will exert their "rights" and have us done for assault.

I would lock them in a room for 24 hours and give them a choice of continuous Des O'Connor songs or Go Compare Ads,it's one or the other. By the time they came out they would be reformed characters !!
