What have you been saying to him so far, Krissy? Have you been answering every time? If I was in your position, I'd get a male friend to answer the phone when he calls, and tell the person he's my husband/boyfriend and to stop calling etc. This might put the frighteners up him! If you don't fancy doing that, I'd just stop answering altogether- he's got to get fed up ringing after a while. Good luck, and hope it doesn't go on too long! x
Presumably you have already asked him to stop ringing?  Visit your police station and ask them for advice - ask the Community Safety Officer.  I am not joking.  I am fairly sure he is committing an offence.  Somebody only has to ring twice for the offence to be committed.  Then, depending on what the police advise, you could threaten him to report him.

if you give me his name and adress i will go round his yard and suck his eyeballs out,

alternatively if it is a mobile you can on some handsets only recieve calls from people in your phonebook. if it is a landline call 100 ask for nuisance call dept.

i have been reported loads of times for making nuisance calls to lone females, it just happened to be my mum as her dementure kicked in and she couldn't remember who i was, but never the less the system works.(she dropped the charges when she saw me and my kids and remembered who we were.

Out of interest, was this guy a pest prior to now? Why do you think he's doing this, aside from being a freak ;o)

Agree with what others have said.

When this guy calls what does he call for? Is it just a chat, does he try to get you to go out with him or does he say anything offensive?
Just curious as you can definitely report him for harrassment as you have asked him to stop and he is refusing.
If he is so insensitive and stupid that he can't accept that you don't want him to call you anymore, then you must bring in The Police. This man is making a nuisance of himself and his behaviour is bordering on being threatening. Having suffered malicious phone calls myself when I was alone and pregnant, I do know how worrying it can be at night and how you even stop answering the phone because you know it will be THEM.
Don't worry about upsetting him by calling the Police, as he certainly isn't worried about how his behaviour is becoming a problem to you. He sounds unbalanced.

Everytime he calls me I just ignore it...but he got my home # and now he calls me at home too!!!!!!! I talked to him and he said he didnt call me that much!!!!! Like my phone keeps track of how many times people call me..and i definetly dont think my phone is lying! And when he calls he just wants to talk...but really he talks about nothing we both just sit on the phone and say nothing, and when i tell him i have to go he tells me he is going to call me back...then i get into the whole speech about how he cant call me and bla bla bla...but he doesnt LISTEN...But however its a new day today ( 1:25 canadian time) and he hasnt called me yet which is awesome...maybe he finally got the hint?!?!?
