My hands are generally always cold, especially my right. It can be a really warm day but my hand is like an ice cube - well not quite but it's pretty damn cold. My hubby's normally warm so I put my cold hand on his head and he likes it and it warms my hand slightly too ;)
Anyway, is it anything to worry about? My fingers never go blue so I don't think it's Raynaud's. I don't have heart problems - I know that for a fact so is it just bad circulation?

Hey you know what they say - cold hands warm heart!
How true U 2
...............and you can make very good pastry!! Or so they say!!..........................LOL
So I take it they actually are cold, not just feel cold to you?Circulation rather than nerves are probably the cause, try squeezing a pretend ball 10-20 times and see if that helps in the short term.Mine just feel cold to me and I suffer from a neuro thing.
