I am become increasingly unhappy about my eating habits. I have decided to start Food Combining and do the Hay diet. Not so much to lose weight but to be healthier and more alert. Does anyone else do this?? Do you find it easy to stick to??
I know that June Brown (who plays Dot Cotton) swears by this, and says she has been 8 stone all her life as a result!!! Maybe the fags have something to do with that? I don't personally think that any faddy eating plan does you any good long term. They are hard to stick to and you feel a sense of failure when you stop doing them. Plus weight will then creep back on. What is it about your eating habits that you aren't happy with?
