Uk Economy Is Headed For The Worst Of...

hi,
i'm due to give blood after work and when filling out the health check form i noticed it asks 'have you had an operation since your last donation?'.
in december i had a wisdom tooth taken out under local anaesthetic. does this count as an operation?
i could ask when i get there, but if i can find out beforehand it saves me the trip down there!

however, if someone says 'this happened to me and it wasn't a problem' then i'll still go.
does anyone know? has this happened to you?
thanks, smudge. i guess i wasn't clear enough in my original post.
and snappy, i know what you mean, but that's covered by other questions. i think it's so they know whether you've potentially picked anything up in surgery.
i'm gonna go anyway and see what they say. it'll be a shame if i can't donate as i was meant to do it a couple of months ago and this is the first time i've been able to get to a donation session.
thanks.
