Thanks for all your help everyone, i am glad I am not the only person with this. I have read about people with insomnia, or who wake up around 3 am and can't get back to sleep, but not waking every two hours. I will go to H&B and get some Peaceful Night,Kev, I must admit I don't walk enough, maybe I should exercise more ... and I will try unplugging everything and see if that helps. However even on holiday, with no electrical items plugged in (i.e. clock, radio, electric blanket ..) I still sleep badly. Ethandron - If I find a cure I will let you know !
