I need some advice!

I have a problem and could do with some advice please. I got sterilised 2yrs ago after me and my partner decided that 3 children were enough for us. Not long after the op we splitt up. I met and fell in love with someone, who is younger than me and has a child from his previous relationship but his ex is being a bitch and wont let him have any contact with his son {age 18 months old}. My problem is, although he knows i cant have any more kids and has done from the start, he now desperatly wants another child of his own. He says he loves me and dosnt want to lose me and i feel the same about him, but i cant help feeling useless and feel im not good enough for him anymore because i cant give him what he wants. We have been together for 15 months! Should I end this relationship now, so he can find someone who can give him what he wants? HELP!
