how do i strip my hair of highlights without damaging it?

Only way is to cut it or dye it another colour I'm afraid!

Have a chat with a hair dresser as I heard there is something they can do to strip your hair colour so they can either leave it your natural colour or dye over it. Christina Aguilera apparently had this done when she went form light blonde to black to red back to blonde!

From what i understand you can't take highlights away just put back the colour. having highlights takes the colour out.
