I feel like I am fat But I don't know what to do about it... My friends and family all tell me that I have nothing to worry about... I am only 14 and I feel like a slob I weigh in at about 165. But I really don't look that big, I am muscular. I don't have but one stretch mark. It's on my stomach. Its very little but I need some answers I need some help. I need some confidence. Does anyone have any answers or sugjestions? I am girl... I need advice from both guys and girls. Thanks.
