i have recently noticed that when I sit up on the couch cuddling my cusion and head resting against the couch i can easily fall asleep, just like when im on the train or in the car. But when im lying down on my bed i tend to toss and turn and takes forever to fall asleep, is that nomal? or anyone else have strange way of sleeping?
hi count, i only drink one coffee a day and thats in the morning.
and i dont intend to sleep on the settee, i watch tv, then i fall a sleep, but there are times when i cant sleep i go to the settee and i can fall asleep straight away
Strange. I use deep slow breathing and that gets me off. I also find it strangely comforting to lay on my back and interlock my hands on my stomach. Like dead knight in a church. I sometimes have my dog laid at my feet
too.
it may be that the flickering light of a TV or the rhythmic rocking of a train carriage is helping you to sleep (they do it for me) and you don't get these sensations in bed.
