Can you pull a muscle in your side? (kind of where you normally get a stitch)
I went to hockey training yesterday and i haven't been in quite a while and ever since i've had quite uncomfortable pain in my side and i dont know what it is?

You can strain any muscle in your body, so yes you could have pulled a muscle in your side. Try taking some ibuprofen and using alternate hot and cold compresses to ease the pain.
I'm with daffy on this one sophie. Did myself a similar injury on the wii fit plus the other day (yes I know - I'm too old/fat/unfit to be hula hooping). Anyway, take Ibuprofen for a few days and it should ease after a while
