How can i get rid of this spot before tonight?

Im going out tonight for my sisters birthday+yesterday a big red spot appeared just below my collarbone! How can i get rid of it before tonight coz the top i want to wear will show it?

All I can suggest is camouflage.  Don't pick at the spot.  Use a really good make up concealer and powder over the top to set it, then use one of those bronzers  with a brush over your neck face and upper chest. 

Then go out, enjoy yourself and forget it!
