Help!!! Need assistance to find replacement for my old faithful hair dryer

I have had a Braun hairdryer with brush attachment for many years. They dont do them any more. I have short naturally curly hair, and I cant use both hands for drying, so I need an "all in one" i.e dryer/brush.
Any ideas please. Oh I forgot, cant have anything with a thick handle, as my arthritis cant cope Many Thanks

I would suggest going on Argo catalogues site - they have reviews from other people which can be very helpful - the brush thing sound like something Babyliss would do.
