help for night shift for weight loss

does anyone have any help, i find i have more hunger at night and do eat more, is there anything i can do apart from low gi foods, thanks

I now make sure I take lots of 'nibbly' foods - pots of cherry tomatoes, carrots, chopped up fruit, and also a thermos of homemade soup.
The foods keep me occupied cos it takes so long to eat them, and the soup really fills me up.
