Curry is king. I had a king prawn Dansak last night and it was lush.

OH just made lamb curry, bombay potatoes, spicy chicken drums, HUGE vegetable bhajis and a bowl of hand-crafted crisps. His curries RULE.

I love making my own.
My son bought me a spice rack like the London Eye and I have had sh!tty ones -thats when i used tamarind pyeuch-never again although I may have overloaded but on the plus side the others have been sensational far better than shop/restaurant curries.
Once you have the ingredients its way cheaper to make your own and more satisfying.

I love making the onions with the sweet chilli sauce and poppodums and riatha.Yummy !!

thx dris i do make my own too but it was looking at me down the curry aisle and jumped into our trolley!!
