I have been "mulling over" your query as to what that "pink thing" was extruding from the anus of your daughter in your last thread.
It is almost certainly a part of the lining of the rectum being pushed out by your 2yr olds constipation....a minor degree of rectal prolapse.

Nothing sinister, nothing life threatening and certainly no big deal.

When the constipation is sorted, the "pink thing" will never return.
