Good for a cold?
12 Answers
I have a bad cold with aching bones and stuffed sinuses. Would a hot bath be a help in getting me a nights sleep? I tossed and turned last night.

Isn't there paracetamol in the lemsip as well?
I can't do baths before bed, I get waaaay to hot anyway so wouldn't be able to sleep. A good long shower for me then cool down, probably stick one of those cool and soothe things on my head, cool blower thing on and window wide open for me (albeit the last two is me every night).
I do get freakishly hot though!
I find Night Nurse really good, just don't plan to be doing much clear thinking for a while in the morning!
