who has supported me and wished me well recently whilst I have been investigated for breast cancer. Today I was given the all clear and realise all too well how lucky I am.
I wish everyone else in similar circumstances the best possible result too ♥
LoftyLottie, so sorry to hear about your mum. I was so worried when my 93 yr old mum was in hospital I was there every day for 8 weeks too. I had to watch out that everything was done properly as often mistakes were being made by staff, wither out of ignorance or lazyness. Some of the staff were very good though too. Fortunately I was able to take Mum home after that. I wish things could have been better for you. Hugs!
you kept that under your hat .. or should I say .. hairnet .. I had no idea, but fantastic news to have the all-clear,,,, no wonder you were hitting the vintage stuff last night ... even worth the imaginary hangover you might have today !!
Thanks steff. I am all to aware that people may get fed up of reading about my various health issues, but I hoped that by posting this it might help someone else. There seem to be few lives that are not affected by cancer these days, either directly or indirectly. If this one thread might help someone to decide to go for tests, or not to give up hope, then I think the time has been very well spent.
