AWFUL taste you throat!

hi guys...long time no speak!! been sooo busy!! i have conjunctivitis again in both eyes (ouch) docs on friday untill then i have eye drops!! however, i keep getting this VILE sour taste in my throat...not my mouth, throat!! it tastes like ive ate hairspray or something....u think mabye its my sinus? ive had two colds in 3 weeks! think it may all be related :0(

your eyes and nasal passages are all inter-connected tinks, so if you've been using drops/gel for your eyes this could account for it, also sinus problems can do this too, all pretty revolting really !! you poor thing !!

Never tasted hairspray...so cant empathise, but I agree with seekeez, it could well be catarrh dripping down the back of your throat from infected sinuses.

yes, some eye drops taste horrible, and they do drip down into your throat. Just keep telling yourself how much good it's doing you.

I had the nasty taste in throat and it is the eyedrops.I was told to squeeze the bridge of my nose for a minute after administering drops. It works

awww thanks guys! doc tomorrow! DEN nice to c you hows things!? just completd 5 weeks in high dependancy ward..off to orthopedics now roll on xmas break!!

i never thought im maby tasting the drops!! im sure its sinuses :0( xx
