Following on from my 'hair growth' question, does anyone know if it is best to take the stronger kelp tablets? As I've seen 100mg and 500mg, obviously the 500mg has more Iodine and Calcium etc in it. But is that a good thing?

AB it is not medical, they are a source of vitamins.

Don't know abot this, i take one of the 100mg ones a day as that's what it says on it and i'm a scaredy when it comes to taking extra. Also i meant to tell you that you can also try a sea kelp shampoo - it makes a MASSIVE difference, Body shop used to do it (seaweed and peony) but i think they've stopped it, but that one made a huge difference to my hair - Boots do a similar one sea kelp and mint i think - haven't tired it yet but assume it will do a similar job.
