We are supposed to find wheat and dairy hard to digest if we have blood group O. Do you know your blood group, and do you feel worse after eating certain foods?

errrrr, well it doesn't come up that often, in fact i don;t think i've ever been asked...
My blood type is quite rare, have to carry a card incase i have a accident..
Not a blood-donor, then?
not allowed - heart op when i was a kid and for some reason they won;t let me.
I don't know my blood group either. (and I also can't give blood)
but that's cos you have alien blood and there's not one else to give it to
mcc: yes, they can be picky. I used to give blood, but they wouldn't take it after I'd been to Siberia - even though it was -40C (possibility of malaria, apparently).
oo, I've just looked and it seems I can give blood, apparently you can now give blood two years after successfully being treated for TB, sure that must have changed recently as I'm sure it used to say you simply couldn't give blood if you'd had TB
Off you go then, Chuck!
imagine if you fainted.....
Question Author
I know it does sound like hocuspocus, but if you are interested, I suggest getting the book and reading the very clear, scientific explanation. It was written by a doctor. I have IBD, arthritic joints caused by the IBD, asthma, eczema... all the sort of auto-immune things caused by the body reacting to SOMETHING it doesn't like, which I keep putting into it. I did a 7 day detox (fast) and have often detoxed, eating no wheat/dairy/salt/sugar/alcohol/caffeine. Just the good stuff, really- fruit, veg, meat and some pulses. I INSTANTLY feel better. My joints stop giving way. My ESR lowers. My tinnitus disappears. If you have the sort of ailments that doctors can't cure cos they just don't know how to, I really would look at food as the reason your body is reacting against it. The book describes how it works far better than I can on here.
