the Golden Years!

(Really; the only thing golden is the colour of your urine from taking all those dammed pills!!!)



SPECIAL POEM FOR OLDER FOLKS


A row of bottles on my shelf
Caused me to analyze myself.
One yellow pill I have to pop
Goes to my heart so it won't stop.?
A little white one that I take
Goes to my hands so they won't shake.
The blue ones that I use a lot
Tell me I'm happy when I'm not.
The purple pill goes to my brain
And tells me that I have no pain.?
The capsules tell me not to wheeze
Or cough or choke or even sneeze..
The red ones, smallest of them all
Go to my blood so I won't fall.
The orange ones, very big and bright
Prevent my leg cramps in the night.
Such an array of brilliant pills
Helping to cure all kinds of ills.
But what I'd really like to know...........
Is what tells each one where to go!

Gee thanks jem, atm I only take two very small white ones, and it seems they are not working very well. What annoys me most is the fact that I gave up smoking a year ago, since then I've gained weight my blood pressure is shot and my cholesterol has risen to 6,0. Is it worth it.

Awww! Chris thankyou. Born in the sound of Bow Bells London, but brought up in Essex the whole of my life & proud.

About tablets, I'm a bit like the poem, I take - - 1 - Pale blue one - ! bright red one - 1 - Pink one - 1 white capsule - 1 tiny white one - 1 large oval one - 2 large round ones - & 2 LD Aspirin. DAILY = 10.

Huh, you`re lucky I take 21per day. Nows the time for my last two, one statin and one pee pill, g`night.
