Corny but true...

I have been plagued for ages with a corn on my little toe, and visits to chiropodists at 22 quid a whack don't seem to do any lasting good, as they don't seem able to get to the root (sorry!!) of the problem: 7 - 10 days later it's as bad as ever.
Does anyone know any tried and tested ways of geting rid of it?
I am happy to go to bed with a potato or a turnip on it if needs be!
Thanks a lot

They relieve the pressure on the toe without constricting it. Just don't put them on too tight. I have been using them for about 2 months now - not one visit to the chiropodist.
