Sleep walking adult

I sleptwalked last night for the first time ever!!! Why?? Im really freaked out by it!!! I googled and it says that its rare for this to start in adults... I have NO recollection of this. My mum saw me and put me to bed! Eyes wide open! Xx

could be worse...the last time i stayed at my parent's over xmas, my dad got up for work at 5am and found me starkers in the kitchen taking all their cups out of the cupboard. i don't know who was more mortified!!! x

i wont lie....i had no pants on hahahahahhah aaargh!!!! but why would this just start out the blue!! :0(
