Right, this is really complicated. I like this guy, and i know him well. We get on really well too, we have a good laugh, he compliments me, smiles at me and makes sure i'm ok. Do you think he loves me? The thing is we have an age gap of 14 years :/ you'd never guess though, he doesn't really look his age, you'd think he was in his 20s :/

he is probably crb checked and it would be a breach of trust in his position.

That's what I meant about age dollx - the age difference is very inappropriate while you are so young. He's a grown adult man and you are a teenager only just over the age of consent. If you were 26 and he was 40 I would feel differently about it. He's probably flattered by the attention you are paying him. Leave it at that.
