My fella left me for somebody else last week

I just don't know how I am going to get through it.

that sort of thing is always worst at Christmas; no transport so you can't go anywhere, everything's closed... You can try to immerse yourseelf in telly, or on AB, or in a good book perhaps, but as it's all so recent you can't expect to block him our of your mind for a while. Are there any family or friends who'd take you in for a day or two?

I had a Christmas like that once and it is unbelievably awful but it all I can say is each day will be one nearer to you being happy again. When one door closes another opens.

Sorry you are feeling so low. It's obviously his loss and remember that we have all gone through this at some point and come out stronger the other end. Keep your dignity and hold your head up. You'll get through it.
