Natural yoghurt
23 Answers
I had to go to the hospital because of persistent cystitis. I had all the tests to see if there was any underlying cause and thank goodness there wasn't. However, to try to get rid of it the professor advised several different things as well as some medication, one of which was to eat a portion of natural yoghurt every day. I do not like natural yoghurt but have persisted with the treatment because obviously I want to get rid of the cystitis. I have tried putting fruit (sliced bananas or grapes) with it but still find it very difficult to eat. Does anyone know of a natural yoghurt that has a nice taste to it? It has to be natural, not the other stuff. Hope someone can help as I feel sick whenever I try to eat it. I know it sounds trivial, but I really need to do something about it. Thanks in anticipation.

He laughed and said eaten. Apparently the application method is good for thrush, not cystitiis. However, as I said I am willing to try anything so I might do both. Actually, I would find applying it easier, because I wouldn't have to taste it. The answer by ethandron had the suggestion of a book, so I shall probably buy that as well. Every little helps! Thanks a lot everyone.
