I've always had high cholesterol readings (total and LDL) but as my HDL has always been very high this hasn't caused concern. Last week, my reading was higher than the norm. (LDL as well as HDL) but I haven't really changed my way of eating (other than chocolates over the past few weeks). Could the stress of losing my husband be a factor here? or is that not one of the them?
Would like your advice.

Thank you so it's out with the chocolates then... I wouldn't care I keep to a very good healthy diet but being slim people give me chocs for Christmas (they can't do you any harm, they say) and I just can't resist! Any takers??
