hi we are a little concerned .. my partner on his foreskin at the top there is a few tiny pin head size white bumps and the skin around them is a bit inflamed , skin there was also swollen but that has gone down now but in this area he says it is quite sore..... any ideas as what it can be?..... we both do not sleep about so we are pretty sure that it isnt an std but we are stumped as to what it is or whats causing it.. could it be that its chaffing somewhere... any thoughts please

Penile thrush? You could google for pictures and compare
Tell him to go to the doctor - or if he wants something more anonymous, your local GUM clinic. He mustn't be embarrassed, it's probably something very easily resolved with the right treatment.
Almost certainly no big deal and non infectious.

Google Fordyce Spots.

See your GP.

we thought maybe thrush but i dont have it and its not itchy on his part......Squad i will look up your suggestion
Honey,,,thrush is itchy white and smelly.
Could he not be circumcised? That would stop the problem, would it not?

Hope this helps.
Thrush...Smelly? Is it?

Maybe I've only ever had special non itchy thrush...

ive looked and the tiny bumps do look similar but its right at the top of the forskin but its sore not itchy and on that site it says painless.....i think hes gonna have to go to docs isnt he
ummmm.....how long have you had a penis? ;-)
I meant to say 'non smelly'

Sqad...I've never has a penis...but I know a few people that have :-) x
So you're a virgin, then ummmm.
Haha...

and I'm doing typos as well as typing the wrong words..

Mike...I'm a born again virgin :-) not...
unfortunately i got the same (herpes) from my wife and then found out she'd done the dirty on me so Id check with the std clinic and then pry into his mobile phone email internet chatrooms and literally delve into his private life. Has he started going out more buying new clothes or aftershave and has become more withdrawn or secretive?
honey.....dont let the last post upset you..........lesions you have described are NOTHING.like sexually transmitted herpes.
i beg to differ sqad as what i had was herpes which was treated with Dynamiclear and her partners symtoms sound exactly like mine.
greeby....not to me they don´t....sorry.
Herpes are little blisters...
sqad not to you? And who are you exactly? for you to diagnose someone and tell them 100% that it's this or that is bordering on giving medical advice on minimal information which realy has to be seen and diagnosed by a medical practicioner or do you disagree? Honey tell your partner to go the doctors asap for 100% conformation and peace of mind.
I have a hairpiece with no itching whatsoever. Sould I be worried?
