Yes plenty of advice BEFORE you get RSI, but "bugger all" that you can do about it once it is established.

Has that helped?
Probably not. All you can do is rest it but that depends on your employment (if employed).

What are the actual symptoms?
Rest is the main one, stop doing what caused it in the first place.

My ex has it in his hands and used to go to an osteopath and physio and had all sorts of exercises to do. He also joined a local RSI group for advice.
