Dont look to far ahead Boo just say "Today I'm not having a cigg".
It gets scary if you start to think that it'll be this hard forever because it wont be.
You'v done the hardest bit.
Stick with it B00 I've been stopped seventeen months now, today I could have murdered one but I know if I have just one I'll be back on them again. Don't try to diet at the same time just eat sensibly, I pigged myself and I'm paying for it now 2stone overweight with indigestion to boot. Doc says I should have only put on half a stone, so I felt a greedy pill*ck. Good luck.
I can understand the temper thing.
Hubby and I stopped the same day and within hours we were screaming at each other over which way the tomatoes should be chopped.
MY Son was crying asking if we were getting a divorce over tomatoes
lol.
B00, this has reminded me of a time when my parents agreed to quit smoking at the same time. Father stowed his pipe away and mother archived her beloved Ronson, until she realised that father was surreptitiously smoking his way through a box of havanas hidden in the greenhouse. He could not see where he had gone wrong as the cigars were a present :o)
Naffing me off as he's using MY patches and inhalers to sodding do it then he'll gleefully state "oh its easy this, not borthering me at all", im afraid i just want to punch his smug face in.
Apart from that- we're still getting on well, rofl.
yeah well done Boo, keep telling yourself you are a non smoker. Take it a day at a time an hour if necessary. Oh and I echo what the gran says one thing at a time don't diet at the same time just crack the smoking.
