Thanks. I wanted to know that too. But I decided they were charging way too much. You can buy some nice veggies and do your own, fresher and cheaper. Or pasta is good. The main thing you should cut down on is fat IMO. If you buy meat make sure you remove all fat and do not use fat when cooking it. It will do equally as well in water. Herbs and spices can be used for flavour. Be careful what you use on sandwiches. It is not the bread that is fattening but what you put on it. At the moment I am trying to lose 2 stone.
