One word....... NO! You can never really be "Friends". The best you can be is on speaking terms. I think it is a way for people to hang onto their past. Forget about em and move on I say.........!!!

If there are children involved you have too.The good thing is you no longer have to take any of their old buck and can say so. It is possible to be civilised but friends.... dont think so
