Do you have more or less sex the older you get?
And do you have more or less sex the older your kids get?

And explain your answers please :)

IMO the older kids get the harder it gets(wrong choice of word there!!)
The kids dont go to bed and just stay there, they roam the house at all hours getting snacks and drinks lol, and you cant get away with "We're just having a little lie in" or, and this was a classic " We're moving the bedroom furniture around ". Teenagers do NOT fall for that one!

We always sued to 'have a rest' as you say, but our favourite time is a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, which is facilitaed by the fact that our youngest daughter who is temporarily living with us with her three-year-old goes out both days and never returns before early evening.

Difficult! Just have to take whatever chances you get. When they have all left home you will be able to do what you want. I always hoped they would all go out somewhere, but there was always the chance they would come back. Perhaps as you get older you will find less of quantity but more of quality.

Lol, his bedroom is above ours. So ' early nights' arent quite so much fun when you can hear him above bounding about doing god knows what, on Xbox, talking as loudly as poss on Skype............ was so much easier when they had story and bed!

It's a bit of feast or famine in this household. I'm not sure the overall count has changed that much over time.

We have fits and starts really, we'll do it lots, then we won't for a few days. I do agree re the kids though, not too bad in the week as they go to bed by 10pm but weekends it gets a bit dicey, I woudn't like to do it while they were still awake.

Children (now teenagers) understand that Dad's bedroom is not a room just to be walked into on a whim. Children also understand that bedtime is bedtime whether they think as teenagers they rule the house.

Children also use ipad etc in bed with ear plugs. Added to stereo/TV in Dad's room, an earthquake could happen and said teenagers would be none the wiser.
