Help For The Situation.

So I lost a bet to my co-worker (we were betting on how many recruits we could get in a day) and I had to jumping jacks with all my clothes off in front of him.
I'm really embarrassed about him making me do this (it's so awkward jumping up and down naked.) I just wanted to forget about it and act like nothing happened but he recorded it, I didn't realize till afterwards and I want him to delete it immediately.
How can I convince him to delete it? He's not like being mean about it, I just don't know what I should say to make him get rid of the video. We're generally pretty cool, we hang out outside of work, etc. But I would feel so much better if he didn't have it.

I assume you didn't agree to the recording, so tell him that it wasn't acceptable and an invasion of your privacy. You agreed to the forfeit, but that was all. And you don't want to run the risk of him showing it to anyone else, accidentally or intentionally.
