I believe your entire premise is flawed.

By definition, a friend is someone you form a relationship with, based on mutual interests and mutual support. This can be at any level from entirely superficial right through to vital emotional support systems.

But they all have in common the fact that they start and grow organically, and the notion of artificial creation simply destroys the entire concept at the outset.

If people 'serve you and belong to you entirely' they are not friends, they are slaves - and one can never be the other.
