Sickening... when I heard about it this afternoon.

His job was to raise her and keep her safe. Yet he killed her, it is beyond comprehension that any parent could kill his own child.

It's not just him his mrs must have been in on it too.

Having sat on 2 juries (1 as Foreman), this doesn't surprise me 😋

I'd hazard a guess that the police have looked at the wife in the interim and found no need to bring charges.

Smoking cannabis, drinking wine, inconsistent stories, with a previous conviction for slashing a man's face with a Stanley knife  ... hmm, tricky one. 

The jury would not be told of the previous conviction.

It's illegal for me to reveal what went on in the jury room, but I don't think I'm giving anything away by stating there were TWAU examples in both. Quite difficult to handle as Foreman !

Yes I was Foreman for two and  thought it only was my duty to get them all to agree

and yes the sticker said after - my son is 32 and  has spent  every birthday in  prison.....

but what did that have eto do wth the current case?
