Its the second time in my life ive fallen in love and got stung! I'm not interested in falling inlove again.. It hurts too much! However I do want fun still and some companionship.

I think if that's what you want to do then go for it but I think you might not be able to find just one person initially. If you google the name of your home town and the word escorts I'm sure you'll come up with something. Ring around and see what you think (heh, 'scuse the pun, just read your name again!) Think you probably will have to go out with several initially but maybe you'll find one that you can just stick with? Really not sure how the whole thing works.

I wouldn't go the escort route personally (I run some escort agencies) as that is not what you'll get if you apply to them. I'd stick an ad in the heartsearch of your local paper and be dead honest about what you want, you never know your luck you might find an older chap whose got more money than sense and doesn't want to commit but wants a friend with "benefits", who'll doppelgang as a regular girlfriend to his mates.

how would you fit this in with child-minding? Basically, being on someone's payroll like that means being at his beck and call, but at the moment I think you probably need to be at your child's. I don't want to discourage you unnecessarily, but I suspect (a) Mr Perfect doesn't need to pay for it and (b) if he does so, you can probably spot him by the long queue of women waiting to audition.

Can I suggest you think about why you've been stung twice? Probably not your fault, but all the same there may be something you can do to spot the b*stards before they spot you, which would increase your chances of happiness.

Being into girl power and the like, I have never seen a problem with women making money in this way, obviously the most important thing to do, is to ensure your safety. I am not sure that advertising in the local paper is the best way, because I used to work for one and we had to edit the grammer and spelling of most of the people who used the dating sections to make them seem respectable. Also we had people placing very thinly disguised ads, that were borderline s&m or worse and we were simply told to edit these to make them more respectable, which to me was potentially dangerous.
