Hmmm, a serious relationship is when the 2 are committed totally to each other and have agreed that they want to be together unconditionally. A relationship is just when the 2 are committed to each other yet unsure of total commitment...
Serious is when both of you can see a long-term future together.
Yeah I agree with angel cake. You both want to have a long term relationship and dont have a fear of living together and spending the rest of your lifes together.
Defined as a relationship without laughter.

I would rather have just a relationship rather than one without laughter.

Oh ok..... Serious? I dunno, marriage on the cards or something. I don't really like all these little boxes we tick and put ourselves in. Every relationship is different and should be treated as such.
possibly when you you both dont have any other relationships on the go? and you dont 'see' other people.
for me its 3 dates with the same bird
Bird?? bird?? : (
Its a hard one to define, as I see it every r'ship begins as just a r'ship then somwhere along the line it develops into a serious r'ship, i suppose its when you begin to see a future together. I was gonna say it happened when I moved in with my boyfriend but i guess we were already in a serious r'ship to consider living together
