well i've been with my bf for 4 months and since the start ive seen him most weekends and myabe once during the week if im lucky. x

Everyone's different. When I first started going out with my husband we basically saw each other everyday but we did only live a few doors away from each other. I use to pop round for a coffee after work (which after a short time turned in to dinner every night) then go home get changed etc and he would come round to mine a few hours later, we moved in with each other only a few months down the line and have been together 10 years now. Not saying that's what will happen with you lol but I guess it depends on circumstances (I think I'm right that you have a young son) and how fast the relationship is going. How is it going btw? :o)

Wingnut, I guess ur right. It's going well, I do see him twice a day but thats when the kids are there on the school run so I dunno if thats really counted or not, other than that I either see him once or twice a week where he comes round at night. Plus he's used to taking his time to get to know people and I'm the opposite! Although like he says 'wouldn't I rather still be finding things out about him 20 years down the line' lol. It's just well weird!

awww lol maybe he doesn't want you to get bored of him if you know everything straight away? How about instigating a few extra nights a week by ordering a take away and watching a DVD or saying that you fancied making so and so for tea but there would be far too much would he care to join you that night? Maybe he's thinking that if he is there too much he is stopping you from getting things done or is getting in the way.

Iv just got a new boyf and we saw eachother for an hour yesterday, and were meeting tonight, but after that i wont see him til next week. (unless i see him in a club Friday night!) so it just depends on who you are really. Dont think it matters either way tho,

I would probaly b at least twice or three. But if i wasnt fellin my partner i wld see them for at least 1 to 2 days a week then i would tell my partner that i wld wnt him as a friend... but you shld see yo partner how eva many times as u please. but dnt freak him out.. dnt eva show up at his unless he asked u 2. But just keep it 2 at least twice a week.
