I told my fella that i loved him after about 3 weeks together when we were dancing at my cousins birthday, i said to him
'would it scare you off if i told you i loved you?'
to which he replied
'not at all, i feel exactly the same!'

sometimes it can be hard depending on what is going on at that moment in time take your time let them know that you like them but try not to get high hopes at the same time.

My ex told me when we had been together about a week, I completely freaked - very quietly in my head - as I wasn't sure if I felt the same. We discussed it later in the relationship and he was ok with the fact that I hadn't said it back.

I would suggest when you are alone and having a tender moment - not necessarily sex!

I think a lot of us (girls/women) have the idea in their head of a perfect relationship and the perfect time and place to be told that you're loved - it all depends on the girl though. The word 'Love' is thrown around too much thesedays -it's nice if its said spontaneously, not all planned and staged. Just don't rush into saying it because you feel you have to - say it when you truely mean it, and that way, it will be the most special moment in the world to the girl you say it to -wherever you are.
