I have a crush, almost everyone knows I fancy her but I don't know what to do! She avoids me and she DOES know that I fancy her!

if she knows you fancy her and yet she avoids you, I'm afraid this is a pretty bad sign. It may be of course that she just thinks you're a potential stalker and doesn't really know the real you at all. So I guess you owe it to yourself to try to engage her in conversation (of a non-romantic nature) at least once - favourite music, been anywhere nice for your hols, anything arising out of what you already know about each other. If she's interested you'll probably feel it, but be prepared for disappointment.
