Is it cheating ?

My wife has been secretly chatting online with another man and has decided she wants to meet him. She informed me that she hasnt loved me as a husband for years (but hasnt shown it in the bedroom!) She refused to speak openly about it and told me I could see other women if I wanted to. Icaught her chatting to him on the phone in the middle of the night last night and decided to leave this morning. since then she has been in touch in tears telling me its me she wants and wants to try again even though her feelings havnt really changed. My problem is trust as this isnt the first time this has happened
