friends reunion with a bit of an awkward side!..Help!

As some of you may know me and my ex have been broken up bout 3 months now and we dont get along very well when were together with groups! But in a few days a bunch of mates that used to hang out together are meeting back up again me and my ex included we both know that its going to be awkward because before when we were going out was when this old bunch of friends hung round together!what im asking is does anyone have any tips on how i should go about this day?Andhas anyone on this ever been in the same situation as me?..xx

LOL nadcookie, yes I have been in that situation, thought the same as you do. I found that the group of friends just got on as normal, I am not saying they didnt give a toss just the impression I got, but ultimately it was between me and my ex, nothing to do with them. So you have a choice, you can go and have a great time and put aside any 'ill feeling' you and your ex may have toward each other or you can go, be miserable, feel awkward and have a cr@p evening, or not go at all and miss out!

I would choose the first option if at all possible, if not then the last option as the second on has the capability of ruining everyones night.
