I myself am easily distracted, Im not sure if that makes me shallow but then the only really lasting relationship I have had went sour and I stayed in it for a long time so I was over that sooooper fast, like before it ended. Otherwise its been a month and Ive been back out there.

You need to get yourself out and about and make new friends. I split with my fiace and after 3 (very hard) months, i had so many new friends and different men after me that i had forgotten all about my ex!!!

I think forgetting about her is a little hard when i work with her friends, And not to mention that she also works were i work....

It takes ages, and ages. I had liquid diareha and threw up for a couple of months, crashed the car, got speeding fines.
but as time goes on and you find out what a git they were you realise they're just not worthy of you and it passes.

The worst think you can do in my limited experience is go back with them, sleep with them or chase them.

just talk alot about it to your friends whoever and get all the hurt and frustration out.

My advice would be to get out there and bang as many birds as you can. Gotta feel better some point down the line.

Forget what has gone and focus on all the delights that you have to come!
