It's no as outlandish as it sounds.

Last year, I was walking from my office to my car at around six p.m, so it was dark. A girl of no more than nineteen came up to me and offered me 'any kind of sex', and when I declined, she asked if I had a cigarette.

I can only assume that as in wishbone's case, she was a drug addict and that is the level of desparation to which addiciton can reduce people. Very sad.
